Located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, Koolfire Catering specializes in providing in-flight catering and also services both corporate and private individuals for parties that range from intimate gatherings to hundreds. We offer fully staffed on site catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizer parties, weddings or any occasion where food is desired. Drop-off catering, where the food is prepared by Koolfire and easily served by you. And for those "on the go" we provide boxed lunches.
All items are created with the freshest ingredients available and we strive to support the local growers, farmers and producers whenever possible.
Chef Marcie has been working in the food industry for over 30 years as a private Chef, caterer and as a Chef at one of the worlds most elite private clubs. Her passion for food stems from the "limitless medium for art" that food creates.
